We loved the convenient location just across the street from the shopping mall. It made it easy for us to grab essentials and explore the area. The proximity to the Railway Market and mall was a definite plus. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were also very helpful, especially when they helped us arrange a taxi.

We recently stayed at a serviced residence in Bangkok with our two small kids, and it was a great experience overall. the location was perfect, just across the street from a brand new shopping mall and only a short distance from the airport. We loved the convenience of having shopping and dining options right at our doorstep. the room was clean and modern, with a simple yet pleasant decor. the staff were polite and helpful, although there was a bit of a language barrier. the pool was a highlight for the kids, and they absolutely loved it.

That the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the design of the hotel was really cool. We loved the beautiful pool and the proximity to the airport was a big plus, as it only took us about 25 minutes to get there. having two malls nearby and good coffee places within walking distance was very convenient.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym was well equipped. the location was great, as we were close to several shopping centers and restaurants. Plus, it was easy to get a taxi from outside the hotel. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which had a good variety of options.

That the WiFi was not very strong, so we had some trouble using it in our room. We also noticed that the wallpaper in the room was beginning to peel off in some areas.
